Courteous staff, well laid out and exceptional rooms with 2 bathrooms. Good, excellent location in the great area.

The hotel was placed in the central location in an open area to the left of the check-in desk. We were offered a clean room with 2 bathrooms.

Didn't like the area, it was really busy.

Beds were springy.

The studio suite was clean and impressive with 2 bathrooms. Close to a subway station, the location was marvellous. Set in 15 minutes' walk to downtown, and the staff were absolutely amazing and wonderful.  

We spent 4 nights and would return there. Impressive and inviting rooms are accompanied by excellent service. It has absolutely amazing, wonderful staff. The location of the venue is marvellous, just next door to several good restaurants in the area ranging 

The hotel is conveniently located within walking distance of restaurants. Right across the street from the residence in, you can find some very good restaurants. Additionally, there is an open area to the left of the check-in

The location was great and convenient close to shopping needs, close to freeway. Also, it was 25 mins walk from Springfield Mall.

Units with 2 bathrooms. Location: the hotel was really close to the shopping district as well as a Giant grocery store and Trader Joe's. There was Noodles & Company nearby, offering quick meals.

The location of this hotel is perfect for business travelers, as it is close to shopping needs in the water tanks area. Additionally, it is conveniently located right across the street from another Residence Inn, which is great for networking with other professionals. Furthermore, 

The hotel was an easy drive on the out skirts of the city. The hotel staff were very freindly, helpful and accommodating. We enjoyed our stay and would gladly stay again.

No shuttle to the metro. The cost of the taxi was about $13.00 each way for a family of six.

We found out good rates in the hotel. The breakfast was warm with scrambled eggs and sausage, as example, we greatly enjoyed everything. Favourable location of the property within walking distance of restaurants.
